Mr. Kojima talks about some of the things that went wrong with MGS4 and caused the game to be pushed back, as well as where Kojima Productions is at this point. A little tidbit:

Trophies will be added with MGS4's SE, we all know it.
Anyway, the stuff I found most interesting was the MGS5 stuff. Those bastards are already at it again. The way it's going, I wouldn't be surprised if Kojima found himself working on yet another MGS game, seeing how he already has "concepts" and junk in mind.
I'm sure he could've spoken volumes about everything that went wrong in development. I'm almost positive he had more than one disc in mind.
I like how he absolutely hates the various login IDs you need yet they're still in the game. whyyyyyyyyyyy
