Isn't that for XP? I've never used it on Vista, so I'm not sure.

I downloaded the software and installed it. I later did everything it requested for: (1) Patched the mss styles and (2) had my system files patched. However, when I click on new themes (the VS skins) it doesn't work. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
