The idea of something being called a "friendly" takeover was always kinda funny to me. But it's been a well known fact as of late that Squarenix has wanted a bigger market out in the west, which for a Japanese developer Tecmo has a larger portion of.

Yeah, Tecmo should just go with the flow here. Itagaki is about to wreck their ****, Squeenix is throwing them a lifeline.
Yeah, seriously. Tecmo's greatest asset was Team Ninja and that's essentially gone now. So get it over with.
