So my iPod froze

What do I do

Posted by O.T.L

Flip the hold switch on and off and then press and hold the center circle button for 30 seconds and it should work again.

Plug it to your comp.

Posted by Shade

Neither of those worked.

1.Buy a new one.
2.Wait a good week or so.
3.Return the broken one saying it stopped working.
4.Get money back.
5.???
6.PROFIT!

But yea, if they don't have that **** "Out of box returns become store credit" ****.

Don't they check the serial number of the one you return?

Unless you buy it from a smaller electronics chain...

I forget, but I think you hold menu + center button, or center button + play/pause button

Posted by Shade

K, fixed it by bashing it repeatedly with my fist.

Note: In bloody knuckles, iPod always wins.

Quoting oswaldothelegend: Flip the hold switch on and off and then press and hold the center circle button for 30 seconds and it should work again.

Wtf? That solves all problems, what kind of iPod was it?

My brothers Ipod did the same thing. I told him to just let the battery die and than just charge it up again. Plus I had no idea of any other way.

Posted by Arcadios

Did that idea work?

Posted by Crazy K

Yeah.

Posted by Shade

My idea worked faster.

Mine tends to do that when I plug it into the computer to put some new songs on it. Since it was expensive, I prefer to keep my fists away from it and just let the battery die.

Mine has done that all of two times since I bought it a few years back. I just plugged it into the charger and left it alone for the night. Seems to work.
