Looks pretty sweet, I think. The old "getting hunted by a terminator and being protected by one" thing was getting old. I'm thinking all kinds of epic now that it's getting into the war. And Christian Bale? YES.

Posted by maianFrom the way Connor looks, it also looks like it retained a lot of the look from Terminator 1's war. When I saw the picture of Connor, it took me by surprise. They really pulled it off.

He explained the film will "begin again very much in the spirit of what [Christopher] Nolan did with Batman," in that it will stand on its own without the original films, and that it is "a bit of a sequel and a prequel because it tells the story of how we got there."
Evidently, film reboots are the new black..

I had some massive doubts about this when I first saw it on IGN, but it linked to his website, and he has some vids. (Don't worry, not giant bulky mansweat vids) He looks a lot like a younger Arnold, and certainly sounds a lot like him.
Sure, it'll be weird it's not Arnold himself, but having the original Terminator should do some interesting things for the plot.
