I can't remember the title of this SNES game I rented a couple times like 10 years ago.
You get transformed into a blue ball early on, and you have to solve little puzzles on the world map before you can enter the next level. In each level you can transform into certain animals for a short period of time. I only remember two - a rat, and some kind of bird thing. Anyways, what I mostly remember is platforming and punching enemies as the blue ball.

Only reason I knew that is because I still have it and happened to be playing it yesterday.
I haven't played it since I rented it when I was 8 or 9. memories~
It's so different from what I remembered. I don't recall the tiger form at all, and the rat form is much faster. And the levels are just designed differently. There are places I can't reach everywhere!
