Well, there's a couple spoilers, anyway.
If you didn't already know, GTA IV got leaked out into the internet like three days ago, so my cousin burned a copy to play on his naughty Xbox. So, I got to check it all out a couple days before it comes out -- pretty neat. Here's a couple of pictures I snapped of his television on my phone, and some thoughts:

Having seen it earlier does sort of take the magic away from it all. I was expecting something entirely different from the conventional GTA, and I was probably expecting a bit too much of it -- for the most part, it's extremely true to the formula... like, a bit too much. For instance, the civilians don't feel any more real than they used to be, still often being unshaken when something right next to them is getting hammered in the face with a metallic bat. But at the same time, it feels a lot more mature than it used to be. So it's not going to feel like a spot-on simulation of what it would really be like to run over twelve pedestrians, yet.
A couple interesting notes:
- Driving feels alot more slippery, so there's a learning curve on that department
- (not sure if done before) You can have girlfriend(s?) now, and take 'em out to dinner and ****. There's even an achievement for gettin' invited into her apartment ;)
- All the characters have large, interesting personalities -- very absorbing.
- Tons of hilarious stereotypes are implemented
- Drunk driving is impossible
- Wear a seat belt
- Great cover system
- Best GTA yet
