Not bad. No criticisms other than the text on the second and third banners. Try some anti-aliasing. Y'know, smooth them a little so they don't appear so jagged against the background.
I can't say I like the "Hey guys, I have a personal advertisement in every single one of my banners join my forum :cool:" deal, but I guess that's more of a personal thing. Hyper does it, too. >_>
Not that they make the banner look wrong in any way, but it's just something that kinda irritates me personally.
I agree with Alastor on all levels. However, I do not like the constant reuse of the same border. Perhaps you should change it up a bit. Keep up the good work though.

Hey, it's prime advertising space, and I'm going to take advantage of it. :cool:
Sigs aren't bad really, though as Alastor said, anti-alias is your friend.
