My sister's boyfriend basically punched their monitor when he got mad, yeah lol right? Anyways they let me have it so I can do whatever the hell I want with it. It's an HP vs19e and I was wondering, how much would it cost to get it repaired?

Just buy a new one. It would be waaay, waaaaaaaaay cheaper. Not even sure you can 'repair' an LCD without pretty much gutting it and fitting entirely new stuff.
That sucks, I was hoping I could do something with it. Oh well, I'll just stick with my CRT monitor.
