Was it possible to unlock all 4 secret characters after one go through of 1P?
like you beat normal with 3 guys under 20 minutes for the first time (while also completing your final break the targets) Would you fight them all 1 by 1 after or just get one of them?

Luigi is unlocked through target test anyway. In terms of priority, Ness > Falcon > Jigglypuff. In other words, if you beat the game in under 12 minutes with 3 stock on normal, you'd meet Ness.
Oh I thought if you finish target test in Classic it works the aswell. Good thing it was complete Board the plat forms with everone because I could never get jigglys
