Maybe it's my common sense clashing with my wild side, but I say spending over 150-200 on a concert is dumb. I mean....600 dollars would pay off more then half my college tuition.
I sort of agree with Roger on this one. however I don't know the bands so I can't really say for sure.
and also I can say that I'd pay $600 for a ticket for alot of bands, but they'd have to be like Led Zeppelin or a band that's been gone for awhile.

so that's $200 per show? Still not worth it. I've seen far too many good shows for under 10 dollars to allow myself to see any show for over $100.
Yeah, only show I've been to was ~$70 for two artists, which is too much considering the seats sucked, but would be alright if the artists were awesome and I could get in close. Like vamp said there's too much awesome stuff going on for really cheap to pay that much for shows.

Seeing Opeth, Between the Buried and Me, and Dream Theater in May. Oh man.
Opeth is one of the most boring bands to see live. BtBaM however is awesome.

Not to mention that Dream Theater is gay.

Yeah, kinda is. I was really pumped to see them live and it was a huge letdown. They sounded great though. It's just a shame Iced Earth put on a better show than they did and IE sucks.
