And yepp, XP comes with a file extraction wizard, that sucks big time.
7zip unzips everything out there, save regional based programs (lol japanese and their need to make their own compression file) but Winrar will unzip everything just fine.

Externally You Can use winzip 12 or win rar
I second 7zip. Shell integration works well too.
