Though I have a home movie of me and my sister experiencing our first winter in canada (after having lived in California) and I was on the porch crying and completely terrified and my sister (who's older) is walking around in the snow in a complete daze on the verge of tears.

That's pretty funny. It's normal for us to get one or two snowfalls here, usually amounting in less than a foot. This year we got hit with 3+ feet for a couple weeks, and since then we've had two other 2-3 inch storms. kind of makes me want to sit on the porch and cry
