The "cookie" thing isn't widely-accepted slang, it's just an inside joke. Came from one time my bro proposed quietly to my friend that they have a "quickie" in the other room as a joke, and I heard him wrong... So I said "I want a cookie..." And he shouts back all angrily, "I SAID QUICKIE, NOT COOKIE!!"
