There are soooooo many songs I like, but one of the immediate ones that comes to mind is "Swift Horse" from Shadow of the Colossus. That song makes me feel like I could fly.

Stone Tower Temple had awesome music. The whole Ikana area in Majora's Mask had this grim atmosphere that creeped out my 12 year old self, and that music was a big part of it.
Stone Tower Temple was amazing.
The Final Hour I think is the best track in the game, though.
