It's probably because you're only posting in places where posts don't count. For example, the top three boards (BH/S/C, Intro, and the test board) all don't count the posts you make in them. I haven't really seen you post outside of these boards, so that's probably the case with you. If you want to raise your post count, post elsewhere, like maybe in the gaming boards, or the off topic areas.
