No, its not banned.
He only has a pink username because Jesse Smith wants to drive him nuts. As long as you can rep a member, he/she isn't banned.
Moderators can't be moved into the banned user-group; or at least that's my assumption on it's pragmatics.
Members who mod blogs cannot be banned. So it's the same for regular boards.
But I remember Jesse banning Dexter for insulting a newb and he was a Smod. So I think Jesse can make exceptions when he wants to.
JS was banned before, remember? Was she removed from her mod position first?
I also meant infraction based bans, Jesse can ban whoever he wants from admin panel.
Mods can't ban blog mods.
