Dunno where you could get a MIDI version apart from vgmusic.com, and those are fanmade, so they don't sound exactly the same.

First place I go to fulfill my MIDI needs, though it has failed me.
You could get an SPC player, which is the SNES music format itself. There's a plugin for Winamp at Zophar's Domain. When you have that you can play actual SNES music, and pretty much every SNES soundtrack is at Zophar's Domain too. Best thing is the music sounds exactly as it should but it's as small as a midi.
