I have to say Vulpix is the cutiest one I've ever seen,it's my favorite Pokemon,but that's just MY opinion.

I take all of my pokemon and whip them untill they are mindless badass fighting machines and will destroy any pokemon or cutable bush that stands in my way, and when they lose i disown them and hope they die in the real world.
The cutest would prolly have to b Riolu and scariest would b Bidoof :D haha

Giratina is the scariest Pokemon. It's a fifteen foot tall ghost dragon, and you can actually catch it.
Arceus would be scariest if you could actually catch it because it CREATED THE UNIVERSE. That or Darkrai.
