i need help changing mine, is there a program, website or what!
just download VLC or any other program like it. It'll play most files.
The files that VLC won't play properly for me (usually an issue with subtitled stuff), Zoom player does, for some reason. But VLC should play everything fine.

i need a video codec changer so i can import my video's into windows movie maker and edit them, but it doesnt support the codec
download the proper codec. If it's giving you an error message, take that number and plug it into google. It'll give you the codec.
Better video editor is the answer.
