Select the game from the list there, it'll scan your PC, and it will tell you if you can run it. :p
the game is not listed, i want to say yes but the fact that you are playing it on vista makes me hesatate. go ahead and try it, cuz the games what 20 bucks now?
Quake 3? As in Quake III Arena? That game was made in '99. We had it installed on some real POS computers at my school to play on the LAN. Unless there is a compatibility issue with Vista (which I would doubt), your computer will run it very, very easily. I don't think there is another Quake 3.
But you probably mean Quake 4, which is a much newer game. Even so, though, just briefly looking at what you posted and the minimum requirements for Quake 4, you should definitely be able to run it.
