Oh, no. I turn the channel when I'm sitting in the lobby and I don't pay attention to who joins mid-game. So if you don't speak up, chances are I won't notice until a match finishes.

could also be that people aren't used to females getting in on games, so any voice heard, is associated with something male? Iunno
it's not that boys want to sound like girls, it's just that many that do haven't had their voice drop yet, so it's still high much like a girls.
And the microphone alters the voice enough that it changes the pitch of a girl's voice, which can go a long way to making her sound like a boy. Though in Lisa's case, idk, definitely doesn't sound like a boy.
Then I guess people are just dumb. I get messages such as 'r u really a girl???'. Good times.

yeah, whenever I play girls on Halo 3 I tend to be a dick. Not out of begin a dick, but because so far, the girls I've played pertain to that PMS clan.
