I tried two on here, and the one called VLC works best. You have to go into menu bar and enable "English subs -1"

I could shrink it a little if I made a RAR with the maximum compression setting, but honestly, it'd take me longer to compress it than it would for you to download the extra size from not compressing it.
Assuming you're on something higher than 56k, anyway.
