It's all the unreleased material from the LTE2 sessions - Specifically, the stuff recorded while Petrucci was on paternity leave. Keyboards, drums, bass guitar.
There will never be a real LTE3, but this is pretty cool! Available 25th of September.

The art is pretty meaningless. like all of roger smith's work LTE art has never been great though.
I'm sure I'll download it but I don't think I'll buy it.
