and when i thought it couldn't be any creepier than the movie...
when **** is based on true events it makes it so much scarier. the mothman prophecies is a mind-blowing account of the events in the 60's at point pleasant, WV (if you aren't already familiar with what mothman is, i suggest you start your wiki endeavours immediately) and seriously creeped me the hell out.

Indeed a good read. I preferred the book simply because it featured the mothman rather than just talked about him like in the movie. I liked it enough to base my main email account on one of the characters and stick with it for almost 10 years.
