Red gets headaches like 999 999 999 999 9999 9999 times a day.
i get headaches when i play video games at colonel's house
and you have to take craps ALL THE TIME. You never feel well. STOP EATING DELI SAUSAGE!
My headache relief method:
1. 3 aspirin, 2 tylenol, 1-2 ibuprofen; or 2 Excedrin, 1 aspirin, and 1 tylenol.
2. Start the shower up. Make sure it's super hot.
3. Start pot of coffee before entering the shower.
4. While in the super hot shower, make sure the water is hitting you in the direct center of your forehead for 5 minutes straight. The spot where it's hitting you should go numb, and if you concentrate on it enough, it should almost put you into a sort of hypnotic state. After this, get out of the shower and rub your forehead.
5. Carefully put your clothes on, making sure not to move your head too much.
6. Pour your fresh coffee.
7. Relax on the couch for about 15 minutes and watch some TV while drinking your coffee. Try not to think too much.

I just take 2 nurofen meltlets and that whole procedure doesn't have to be.
And I get headaches every few days. No idea why.
I get them a few times a month at varying intensity.
