I think the infractions should stay. He's on probation if anything and should be banned for less than his peers.
I think the person who gave the infraction in the first place gets away with ridiculous amounts of onfraction-worthy crap anyway ;)

True. But seriously, he did post porn and was banned for a solid reason. Why shouldn't he be given at least an infraction for making another account?
He's not doing it to be hostile. It's more like giving a new member another chance to be a good member rather than having to reban constant rule-breakers. He's not exactly here to get in trouble or annoy people.
I know. I'm friends with him. But if we're talking about infractions alone, those points should stick. Not like I'm banning him.
Whatever. I don't care either way as long as he isn't banned.
