Elite vs. Normal?

What are the benefits of the Elite against the normal 360? I know you get 100GB more space with the hard drive, but is there anything else?

I would only get the Elite if I was a media-maniac. Putting like a billion videos and trillions of pictures on the HDD. I doubt many people actually put a lot of videos and such on there 360 so if you just wana play games than get the regular system. Hell, even get the Core with a memory card.

If you want to have a black 360 so bad just go out and buy a faceplate, than spray paint it black. Or just spray the 360 itself. (highly unrecommended!)

Don't get an Elite. It's what, $80? Dollars extra for more memory that you won't really need.

Does anyone else get the feeling to buy it just because it's better than what you currently have? I do. Every time I look at the Xbox I keep thinking I should buy an Elite.

I kinda did, but then again I do that with all new hardware revisions, even in the case of the Elite where it's really not that better at all. And now with the new boxes which have HDMI like the Elite, it seems even more pointless.

I may get the Elite when I get the 360, but I would rather a 360 that already comes with a wireless adapter. HDMI ports? Not all that important, right now.
