Hilary Swank and Sam Jackson confirmed to be appearing.
I've never read anything relating to Iron Man outside of the Avengers and crossovers like World War Hulk and Civil War, but I'm still pretty interested. Although, the trailer making references to **** like MySpace got my goat.
Sounds like they upgraded Vietnam to the Gulf War now to the current war, but kept the shrapnel/heart thing and the original armour. So far so good. And by good I mean pretty **** awesome.
Oh, and what was wrong with the myspace thing? I thought it was pretty funny and at least modernized it a bit.
I guess it's just a reaction I picked up from reading the issue where Cap asks Iron Man - "What's a my Space?'.

[COLOR="Yellow"]Is Tony Stark funny like that in the comics? All i know about Iron Man is what i've gathered from games like Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, and he sounds pretty serious there (don't know **** about comics).

Now 100% serious.
He has funny quips every now and then, but it's mostly because something manages to **** up his seriousness.
ALCOHOL
Which, oddly enough, will never occur in the movie. They aren't even addressing any of his personally problems which is weird, since that's part of what makes Stark a pretty cool character.
