Well, it wasn't quite thai, but it was homemade peanut sauce! pretty tasty.
btw, what's thom ka kai? some sort of spicy coconut soup?

Peanut Tofu Sauce
3/4 cup silken tofu
1/2 creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar (which I left out because I don't have any)
1 Tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp sugar
and I also added some concentrated lemon juice. You can add loads more things in, like curry powder!
Blend all ingredients. Pretty easy, huh. And delicious.
1/2 *unit of measurement is missing* for peanut butter
HAY DAR!!!! I'd add half a gallon, if you know what I mean
you left out the wine...which is probably the only good thing in there. other than the peanut butter which is also good. screw the other ingredents. PEANUT BUTTER WINE. make it happen
Although it is 1/2 cup, I think half a gallon would be better.
