so it's 2D sometimes, or other times 3D on rails, and other times free? Weird, but looks pretty fun to me. And the music in that 2nd area was very nice as well. I think this one will turn out to be a big winner for Sonic Team.

Just a question... wheres the challenge in this game? Like, could anything possibly go wrong?
Mostly it's about getting a high score within a certain amount of time to get a rank based on the E,D,C,B,A,S scale. There are some enemies which will mess you up and drain some of your time away. If you run out of time, NiGHTs reverts to his/her human form and you must restart the particular portion of the stage you are on. Also, there are bosses to beat in a set time limit.
