Linkman - C does an okay job. not sure on how many people he bans, or threads deleted...or how many he even checks. okay though.
Linko_16 - C+ kinda same as linkman, though he says he does his job well, and I'm inclined to believe him.
Speedfreak - F worthless. only does things to his own advantage, should be demodded.

I don't remember who moderate which boards, so therefore I won't grade, but I'd recommend dropping some mods and maybe giving members like Ant or Vamp more power. Crono, Echo, Ferry, Lameboyadvanced, MetalVox55, Momentum, and Pete are all long gone and I can't remember a single post of theirs in the past year or so.
He should be demodded anyways. If you don't post get the **** out.

I believe this is evidence that quite a few of the current normal mods need to be demodded. There is no point in keeping them around and they are useless. Mod someone to replace them who actually cares, and will be dedicated to their job.
