Anyone know of an easy (and free) way for me to convert .mov files into a smaller format like .mpg? The file sizes with .mov are unneccesarily huge and exceeds youtube's 100MB limit. Help?

The program at this site should work, based on what I read in the features. Trigger posted it not that long ago when someone asked about converting video files to different formats.
looks good, but the trial version only converts 30% of your file - which does me no good. and I don't feel like blowing $30 to convert 5 files and most likely never use the program again until 6 months or so from now when I go to another concert. :/
I got my copy of super for free.
They must've put up the price.
Yeah, the website says it's freeware.

ahh, I had a retard moment and ended up downloading a different program. it must have showed up as an ad on the page and since i wasnt paying attention to the name i just clicked that one instead.
Any reason why Norton picks it up as a virus though? I'm having another retard moment because there's way too many choices and options and I have no idea what any of them mean. I've tried 4 different times and either get an error message, or see the video with no sound, or hear the sound with no video, etc.
I need a converter program that's dummy proof :(
*my last attempt just ended up with a Chipmunks version of the video. Although amusing to hear the Souls sound like the Chipmunks, it's not quite the effect I was hoping for. :/
