I don't know if this belongs here or not.
I recently ordered Dream Theater's Systematic Chaos by using my sister's debit card. Anyways I used her e-mail and such. So I can't go on since I don't have her e-mail password.
Anyways this may be a dumb question, but what does closed mean on the status of the product? I'm not sure whether to be worried that it did not go through or that it's just closed until it's shipped out.
