what 3 bands are you currently listening to?

Posted by xapplexpiex

i just discovered From Autumn to Ashes, Kill Hannah, and Fall of Troy. I'v been listening to their songs on their myspace cuz im too poor to buy anymore cds.

Posted by WackoHater2

You don't need CDs. Get torrents. Anyway, I've been listening to Sigh, Strapping Young Lad and Shadows Fall more than anyone else in the past few days.

Posted by Vampiro V. Empire

Man, From Autumn to Ashes... I remember seeing them live and listening to "Too Bad You're Beautiful." Doesn't quite feel like six years ago.

Quoting xapplexpiex: what 3 bands are you currently listening to?

I'm listening to some System of a down, Metallica and Green day here and there.

Posted by Nihilus

Local H, Keller Williams, and old school Avenged Sevenfold. It's like I forgot I had Avenged and then I heard Beast and the Harlot while my buddy was playin' Guitar Hero II and I was like, oh yeah, those guys rock balls.

Posted by Omni

Mostly Sigh, Hammock, and Drudkh.

Nobody likes you and you're an ungrateful turd. I've spent roughly nine hundred of your country's Oil Dollars towards music, and I don't regret supporting the bands I love one bit. Lie down in a ditch and die.

Anyway: Soilwork, Peace Orchestra and Raintime.

Posted by Dexter

I've been listening to a lot of Polysics, VNV Nation, and Paris Hilton lately.

Posted by Nihilus

People listen to Paris Hilton? Huh, learn new stuff everyday.

Posted by fates warning

Quite a bit of Kalmah, Velimor and Before the Dawn lately

Posted by Dexter

Quoted post: People listen to Paris Hilton? Huh, learn new stuff everyday.

Yeah, man, she's got a decent dance-styled CD called Paris. "Stars Are Blind" and "Not Leaving Without You" were fairly popular songs from it. I personally like "I Want You" best. It does a bit of a Grease remix that suits it really well.

Posted by Vampnagel P. Wingpire

Kamelot, Megadeth, and OSI probably, if you don't count Nightwish, Therion and Leave's Eyes who I always listen to.

Posted by Nihilus

Well, thats cool, if your into that kinda thing.

Posted by PunkRock Sonic

Ive' been listening to fatal riot, Circle jerks, Total chaos

PUnk rock!

Quoting fates warning: Quite a bit of Kalmah, Velimor and Before the Dawn lately

You should definitely check out Dawn of Solace if you haven't already - Sounds similar to Before The Dawn, it's actually a sideproject of their frontman if my memory serves me correctly.

Posted by Vampiro V. Empire

Leviathan, Syny Severa and Vrolok.

Posted by Omni

I still need to check out Vrolok. I have one of their albums. I'll listen to it sometime this week.

Posted by Shade

Angel Dust, Pain of Salvation, and Dream Theater

Posted by Nihilus

i get the feeling half the people on here say they like certain bands to get approval from the other half. (you know, the cool half) It's like PHM or Empire mentions a band and everybody is like, oh yeah, I've liked those guys for years, I'm so cool, look at me!

Posted by G-Sides

mew, the flashbulb, and animal collective.

Posted by Corrupt

Yeah, the big three for me would have to be

Yeah that is pretty much how it works except that everyone's just trying to imitate my style and not give me any credit for it.

I tend to listen to the newest stuff from the bands I always listen to, and as of right now I am listening to Nine Inch Nails: Year Zero, Linkin Park: Minutes to Midnight, and I have recently been listening to a lot of Ademas old stuff.

Most recently it's been Korn, Slipknot and Beneath the Sky.

I don't think this was meant to be something you update every 2 or 3 days.

I'm sorry if I seem like a troll lately but I lold at Panics last 2 posts and I cant rep him right now.

Lately for me: Alcest, Svafnir, and Arch Enemy

Posted by Omni

Hyper, you are not a troll and you know it.

Pelican, Wyrd, and Peste Noire.

I want to get more music that sounds like Pelican, and I can't wait for the new Peste Noire at the end of the month, because the first full-length has quickly become my favorite black metal album. I've really been getting into black metal a lot more in the last month or so.

Honestly, when all I saw of the title was "what 3 bands are you..." and then I randomly read Panic's post first, I assumed the end of the title was, "...most ashamed of ever liking." :( sorry buddy

Lately I've been listening to Amesoeurs, even though I only have three tracks. Other bands have been recent uploads, just to see what they sound like.

Probably because those are the only three tracks made by the band.

Alcest and Amesoeurs were a huge hit when I uploaded them and showed them to people, including people like Hyper who normally don't listen to black metal at all. Plus, Vamp had made a thread for Alcest a while ago that got some attention. I'm glad everyone likes them.

I've been listening to a lot of Buckethead lately, not sure exactly why, I suppose "just because". But than again, I always listen to a lot of Buckethead.

I've found myself falling back into the "post-hardcore" music again (Scary Kids Scaring Kids, From First to Last, Alexisonfire, etc.) but I really can't say that I've listened to any one band a lot.

Hmmm...third I would have to say The Offspring. Before, not even a full week ago, I hadn't listened to them in months and than they just started showing up in my shuffle more and more. I guess I got hooked again.
