Actually that's a pretty nice vector, only thing I notice is that the eye looks a little funky. KEEP IT UP

Indeed, it's my first true vector. I did other, but only experimented and never went all the way. Half way through I learned a few things that made it easier, so that's why some looks bad, some looks good. Started at the head and worked my way down.

His eyes aren't easy to do, yet the Buster's crystal is very easy to do despite the fact they're both done in a similar way.

This my current vector, got a ways to go yet. Also, it's a rather small resolution pic so it's a little tough to work with.

Not for outlining, which I will change soon enough. The wavy lines and whatnot are starting to aggravate me too.

Yeah, I noticed that in parts the lines look as if you've just been dragging the brush tool around. That's not a vector, dude. :/
