As per file.net:
The process Dial-Up Networking Application belongs to the software Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Operating System or Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Millennium Operating System by Microsoft Corporation company.
Description:

If you want a detailed security rating about your rnaapp.exe (and all other running background processes) try this Anti Spy Software.

Note: Any malware can be named anything - so you should check where the files of the running processes are located on your disk. If a "non-Microsoft" .exe file is located in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 folder, then there is a high risk for a virus, spyware, trojan or worm infection!

Liutilities.com and neuber.com are good resources for explaining the likelyhood of a running computer process, and suggesting what can be safely done. Also just trying "what is ?" in Google should answer your questions within a few seconds, without needing to wait for a forum response. Eg (What is rnaapp.exe?)

Thanks for the reply, with me being on dialup and my computer acting up like it does, it would've taken me forever to find something like that on my own.
