If you mean the groups in game, you can't do that over wifi unfortunately. It's a Union room thing. If only Ninty added a wifi Union room with districts that would have been fantastic.
On the other hand, people are making online clans and such. My friend and I are thinking of starting a competitive clan soon. This way everyone in it will be able to share in pvp strategies and training methods. We'll probabaly get around to this within the next week or so.
