Honestly, just leveled my **** Umbreon to level 50 and it didn't learn mean look. Is thar a tm for it, or what? I don't want a 50+ umbreon, I want a nice set level 50 team.
You gotta heart scale that ****
heart scale doesn't tell me the ****ing town.
Also, upon looking at umbreons stats, he's complete garbage. I have to redo him - for a level 50 umbreon, his stats are crap.
Anyways, I need a nature that will reduce attack and give him physical defense. Don't know which one it is.
Also, I need a list of pokemon that when I EV it, will + to Def, + to HP, and + Sp Def, and maybe + Speed after I waste the EV's on those.
The move set I have planned is
Toxic, Mean Look, Double Team, Rest item Leftovers
also will train with pokerus and macho brace
So yeah
Move Tutor is in Pastoria, and you'd probably want to try a Bold nature.
Dunno which Pokemon give which EVs yet.
Alright, so the move tutor is in Pastoria city, I believe. For the nature, you're going to want to try and get Bold.
Here's the HP EV's:

yeah also what kind of poffins should i give it, YEAH IM GOING ALL OUT
I have no idea how to use poffins. Zeta'll probably know.
Eh.. I'm not too good with Poffins or any of that Contest stuff yet (Except dancing)... Might want to try whichever type of food it likes. =/
what the ****:
just gave my eevee 10 HP ups at level 1, it says base HP increased, yet it's still at 12. huh?
you don't get the ev bonus until lv100
oh wai- i forgot you're only bringing your Umbreon to lv50. =/
wait, what. are you ****ing serious?
hen what's th ****ing point of EV training if you can't traget a level?
why get it to only lv50 anyways? If it's for the lv50 Battle Tower any Pokemon above Lv50 gets reduced to it while you're in there.
Or level 50 Wi-Fi battles.
Eh, I still haven't got this whole EV thing down. I know on one level up I got +7 Speed, but apart from that I've been getting the usual +1/2/3.
Ok, here is the site all about EV's, how they work, and what Pokemon give which. Keep in mind that Pokemon that give at least 2 EV points are better to battle than those that give 1. Also, the League has plenty of Pokemon with Pokemon that give 2-3 EV's a piece. Especially the first of them, the bug user. Dustox and Beautifly give 3 EV's in Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense.

Oh yeah Pit, Umbreon won't learn Mean Look until level 57.
Oh yeah, the Battle Tower Prize Exchange seems to have some items that seem to be similar to the Macho Brace (Power Bracer, for instance). How does these work?
Adds 4 Attack EVs after every battle (power bracer).
Speed: Power Ankle
Sp. Def: Power Band
Def: Power Belt
Sp. Attack: Power Lens
HP: Power Weight
Wow. That certainly kicks the Macho Brace's ***. Gonna spend all night in the Battle Tower getting the rest of those things.
