i feel really retarted asking this but im looking for a new mother boad with processor, and i found this http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2945281&CatId=1599

now is this prosessor 2X 3.20 GHZ or 2X 1.20 GHZ

That is one hell of a mother board man I commend you

The page state's that it is a 3.20 GHz processor

"Intel Pentium D 940 3.20GHz Processor"

That's because Pentium D is dual core.

As for the second one, the processor is better, and the mobo DOES look better feature wise. Can't speak for the Abit brand though, never used it.
