He says he's making legitimate posts and they're being deleted. He's also getting banned on a regular basis for no apparent reason. Since he's not banned by infraction, I know it's either Jesse or a super mod doing this.

The vast majority of his recent posts have been trolls in one form or another, so what he considers to be legitimate might not be at all.
He says they were serious posts, so regardless of whether or not they're rants or satires, it's still legitimate.
I tend to think he wouldn't want to lie about it when he's not incredibly active as it is.

Klarth strikes me as the type of guy to say "hey i'm leaving" but comes back in hopes to get banned so he could leave for good. In other words, in order for him to leave for real he has to get himself banned. lol what a loser :(

No, he doesn't like being banned for no reason, which is why he's complaining. If he wanted to be banned then it'd have been done and over with the first time. Besides, he's not actually spamming, so just because he can't make up his mind whether or not to stay doesn't mean he posts for the sake of getting banned purposely.

I've been deleting his posts for just being unnecessarily rude in threads that don't warrant such remarks. Of course he's going to complain-- it's what his "thing" is now.
Like I said, he's the type of guy who can't leave VGC unless he's banned. Like Panic only slightly less gay.
I've seen a ton of rude remarks from him, but unless you're going to delete every other rude remark in the thread you have no right deleting his. He's showed me the threads he's posted in. He's told me what he's posted. I know he's not always contributing by being nice or anything, but I see 5 other members doing the same thing in the same thread and not getting their posts deleted.
If you want to make it a new rule then that's fine, but don't be surprised if 60% of the active memberbase (and quite a few of the mods) get banned for doing the same thing as Klarth.
Klarth was standing out more than the usual. I'm fairly lenient as a super mod so someone has to be pretty bad to get a banning from me. And I like having Klarth around. At least I used to.
Uhh, I do delete rude remarks that are unnecessary all the time from a lot of members. "Unnecessary" being the key word, there.
I'm not going to delete everything that is rude. That's just dumb. Some rude comments add significance to the topic while others don't. It's up to us to be the judge on what should stay and what should go. I decided a few times that Klarth would be better off gone. He asked to be banned the last time I talked to him.

DELETION - "you all watch anime so you all suck and you suck dick"
I wasn't trying to call out names, but the threads he's shown me where perfectly legitimate posts were being deleted weren't in your board, Fate, so sorry if it sounded like I was trying to pick you out. They were mostly in the Music and Arts board.
And no, not every little rude and insulting comment is deleted. You know if you were to do that you'd be getting a little more complaining than just me asking you to stop. Klarth's insults don't add any less than another member saying the exact same thing. Yeah, I've actually read over the threads, and he's said pretty much the exact same thing as other members. Just as relevant to the topic, just as rude. So if you're going to start deleting Klarth's "wow you suck" posts, you'd better all start doing it for every single member who posts basically the same thing, because I know for a fact that you don't.
So, why exactly are you being so defensive over this? Obviously I can't delete every uncalled for rude comment since I only moderate two boards, so I can't speak for anyone else. But there's more than a couple times I've deleted comments that put down another's taste in music for absolutely no reason, which Klarth has definitely done on more than one occasion. Recently he hasn't been a dick, so I could care less, but prior to this he was and his only purpose here was to troll and/or get banned.
Actually, Iris, if you read my example you can see why it warrants a deletion.
Person A says he likes something and suggests other people watch it, but those people already watched it and didn't like it. While they do add personal insults, they are still sticking to the subject. The last person comes in for the sole purpose of saying anyone who has anything to do with the subject sucks. Thanks for the info, bud. You didn't have to respond since it didn't apply to you.
A real example of Klarth's bad posts was in the "trademark" thread. Every intelligent person knows that being truly unique is preposterous, yet the members had fun making contributions to the thread where they felt that should be mentioned, such as Misoxeny's "cacti" thing. It's all in good fun. BUT THEN Klarth came in and posted how everyone was dumb, that nobody was unique, etc. Unnecessary. He also likes to post in all caps a lot in a very sarcastic manner.
Like Vamp said, he seemed like he was trolling just to be a troll.
I read your example, but in a lot of the cases the post was no less relevent or rude.
Ex: Borealis comments on a band
Hyper says: Oh ***, you suck
Klarth says: Haha, you're an idiot, Borealis.
Those two posts are right next to eachother and only one got deleted.
Yeah, Klarth does come into threads and generally act hostile, but I've seen so many other members do it in other instances and it be totally acceptable. It's strange why it's suddenly looked down upon by everyone.
I'm simply being defensive because Klarth's been banned like 5 times in the past month for generally being mean. Last time I petitioned to get rid of unnecessary, rude comments in places like Member Pictures, people started complaining that it was overmodding. Now it seems as though the roles are suddenly reversed when it comes to Klarth.

He wanted to be banned a while ago, but he's not doing it on purpose now. He's also not simply trolling now either.
So I've noticed. This is after he was unbanned anyways. He'll eventually go back to trolling, so whatever.
