I havent watched it, but from all my friends who did they said it sucks. I will get to it tonight, and report from the 1st episode.
But the intro is totaly a better Hare Hare Yukai IMO.

Ok I have to flat out say this show is one word: boring
They talk about how they eat their food for half of the episode. Then I skipped through the second half because of how boring it was. The only good thing about this show is the opening. Otherwise, I wasted 30 min of my life.
Someone posted this anime in /v/ yesterday after the nerd rage of someone from /a/ getting /v/'s 3M Get.
I might as well check it out.

Miyuki is obviously a combination of Nagato's and Mikuru's characteristics.
Which I like just fine but the episode keeps on skipping on me, audio keeps playing while the picture stands still.

But finished it, I love the animation but I just hope it picks up in interest since I like the concept of Miyuki and Konata.
I don't have proof to back me up. But my friend is the ULTIMATE Haruhi fan. She said that Lucky Star is NOT from the creators of Haruhi (Some people seem to think that)
The opening is so cute. But the first episode is basically them talking about food.. If you wanna stare at cute anime girls and that's it. This is the anime for you.
I really like the blue haired character. Although I forgot her name. :(
The thing that bothers me about this anime though is that there seems to be absolutely no plot.
It gives it an unfinished quality almost. as if the producers are just half-assing it.
I love how moe it is, but I can't find myself paying any sort of attention to it.
I hate to say I get 'lost' watching it, but it's just sort of boring.
Too much creepy loli, not enough substance. Pass.

I watched the first two episodes.
This show sucks.
Everyone says it doesn't get good until like episode 5 or something.
I watched up to 9. and i intend on catching up to where it is now(17) eventually. the series does actually get better. they changed writers or something. some good lol's were had.
Good, because if it doesn't get better I'm going to smack anyone that suggests I watch it.
I finished the fourth episode. At this point I'm probably just going to finish it because I'm already in it, not because I actually want to watch it. Expect some biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitching. :)
I think it's a nice series to watch in between sessions of, say, GitS or Death Note.
However, more recently Lucky Star has become my main show : (
Sometimes it does get boring but Konata is so **** cute :3
They caught up with the 'background' characters in the most recent episode...which is good, because I thought they needed more exposure. I think Misao is almost as cute as Konata :3

All the fans are looking forward to a second season if it's even confirmed.

The art style is hate. Only redeeming quality about the show is the Kanon reference in one of the eps.
Every single time I see the blue haired one, I think it's a guy. Even when she's wearing a skirt or something. For some reason I just can't fathom that it's actually a female.
That said, I might watch this... someday. Too many other action-packed etc. things to watch that are more my style right now. Oh yeah, and I'm not watching any anime at all at the moment except Welcome to the NHK at the rate of about one episode every 2-3 weeks.
