Wouldn't make sense since Naruto doesn't have a catch phrase in Japanese. If it is meant to be like that and relate to Naruto, it's because the english translators are ****ing retards.

That was my first impression upon reading this thread.
The fact that two words are said in two different forms of entertainment doesn't mean that either one is a reference to the other. At all.
