someone said that you can get lucario in the first of the game by going to tiny woods and finding pelipper and talking to him. and then the next day he will be in town at level 4 . Is this true.

He's talking about pokemon mystery doungon. What a load of misunderstanding (lol). You can not I repeat CAN NOT get Lucario or any 4th gen pokemon in mystery doungon, but you can see Munchlax in the game if you are lucky. And from serebii.net thay said there is a mystery doungon 2 comming out where you can get the 4th gen pokemon.
At least Lucario is one of the decent-looking new Pokemon. Most of them look like crap, and their English names are that much worse.
