Search Adult's Only- you'll get about 20 games. They're all PC games, except for GTA: San Andreas, of course.

Its rated AO because its real gambling, just online, and in most states you have to be 21 to gamble.

From looking at the replies in this thread, it seems gamers share the same sentiment.

AO games are hard to find because retailers won't carry them. That's a big audience the publisher's missing out on, so for as long as retailers are the primary source of game sales (it's changing thanks to digital distribution), don't expect much in the form of Adult games.

You can always buy cheap porn games in/from Japan though...
