okay I'm thinking this wont last long, basically it's just a trial, but here's how it'll work.
by rating someone's worth on vgc would mean to look at that person's status persay. take a look at basically everything about that person and there contribution to the site etc.
you should be rating the person out of 100 (or as a percentile) and on the following things.
how long have they been a member? do they have an Avatar? a signature? a user title/ profile? are they n00b (meaning the way they post)? do they have alot of posts? alot of rep? alot of time spent on forum? are they kind? are thier posts valid? do they have friends on this site? do they have a personality? have they made any notible threads? anything else you can think of to.
I know it sounds a bit much, but I figured I'd try it out anyway, if it fails oh well, worth a shot :)
