I only shampoo once. If only I could find a decent conditioner.
Better than doing it twice I guess. Technically speaking, you should only be shampooing every other day and using plain water for the times you don't use shampoo. You need to let your natural oils build up and keep your hair healthy. Shampoo destroys them totally and water washes a lot of it away.
Tried that, doesn't work. Can't stand unwashed hair, plus my job isn't exactly the cleanest. I use shampoo/conditioner when I get off work and sometimes I wet it in the morning, using a little conditioner.

No matter what I do my hair is dry and unhealthy. Oh well.
