Recently, I noticed I'm like the only member here that hasn't posted a photograph of myself. So hey, look, here's one =]

Nice cop shades.

Posted by Xero

You're younger than I thought. But still! You look good :)

Posted by KoH

I didn't officially post a pic of me. It's hidden.

Nice 'shades' though, 'yo.'

it's probably because of the color scheme.

Oh wait, nevermind. Cool pic, bro.

Posted by VirtualRealityZone

Posted by cool gamer dad

Even younger.

Posted by VirtualRealityZone

Heh. Personally, I don't think I look any younger than 16. Even if you guys do think I do, I take it as a compliment because I'm glad to know im not going to be all saggy and wringly as fast as most of you will be.

Posted by Raptor

Shouldn't have even posted the second one. You just look like a stereotypical vgc nerd with no sense of style.

Posted by Ant

Please Raptor, show us how to dress. When I think style, I think Raptor. Endow us with the knowledge of how people on VGC should dress in the future. The thought of not being able to impress you with what I choose to cover my body with makes me feel awesomely inadequate. Their should be something to done to there clothes so it's makes them more awesome. And you sir, are the only one awesome enough to teach us to dress. Save us.

He wears bloody pelts. They're very warm in the winter time.

Actually, I have a black AiC t-shirt myself, which I wear from time to time. I was mainly referring to the hair. In the first image, he had a very nice style going. I can't say I think much of the glasses, since they would look much more becoming on the cop from the Village People, but I certainly approve of the hair. In the other picture, it just looks unbearably nerdy, and makes him look about ten years old and like half the other boys who have ever shared a picture here. It's amazing how the right hairstyle on a person can enhance his or her overall appearance.

Ha, "awesomely inadequate." I actually got a chuckle out of that.

Yeah, I'd be caught in a shirt like that, too.

Yeah, the other half are fat nerds with glasses.

This is what dressing from the hamper looks like. How's my style, Rappy?

Quoting Zeta:

In the real world.

Posted by Ch

I had the same AiC shirt. I burned it somehow but I still have my Dacning Fairy Aic logo shirt which was my brothers from like 1992. It rocks. And cool hair in the first pic.

Posted by ExoXile

[quote=Raptor;548248]In the real world.
You know, you can have both.
While there's some awesome exploration to do in the real world, nothing can really be compared with games.

For one thing, you won't go find yerself a morph ball anytime soon.
Much less fight awesome bosses.

That's... Pretty much what games are all about, at least that's what I think.

And I too, love being out exploring.
I just doubt it'll ever get as awesome as certain games.

Posted by Vampiro V. Empire

Then you're not looking in the right places, nor truly appreciating your surroundings.

Posted by Dexter

But still, when it comes to exploration games, Metroid's lacking. The Prime games, thus far, has been more about collecting than exploring. The areas are often bland and uninspiring to explore anyway, unlike the areas in, let's say, Starfox Adventures or Ocarina of Time. Even playing Viking in Wind Waker or venturing through Blaster Master serves more for an exploration desire than those Metroid games. And as far as collecting items, I am reminded of my wonderful time with Morrowind whe it was released. I explored everything. All the caves, looking for new, interesting items.

****ing bol

And Oblivion is the ultimate exploration game.

NES TLoZ ftfw.

Quoting Vampiro V. Empire: And Oblivion is the ultimate exploration game.

Yes, but my exploring memories are still with Morrowind, probably because it was the first of its kind for me. I didn't care to explore everything in Oblivion like I did back when I first entered the world of Morrowind. It was just a repeat of what I've already done in a way.

Posted by Vampiro V. Empire

Eh, Morrowind was pretty lame.

Posted by Raptor

I fight imposing bosses in real life all the time. You must not have had many thrilling jobs. Honestly, holding a controller and staring into a television or computer screen just doesn't compare to physically exploring some fabulous ruin full of mystery and intrigue by moonlight, and allowing one's majestic imagination to run wild. One can just as well approach real life as a video game of sorts, one in which there are no extra lives, and it really enhances living in general, filling one's life with spine-tingling enchantment and excitement. Haven't you ever seen The Beach? Of course, I enjoy getting lost in virtual worlds as well, which is why I still play magnificent games. Games that aren't tedious and unsavory like Metroid. SA is truly a game I can get lost in. Starfox Adventures > Metroid. Some of the scenery is breathtaking (witness an amazing sunset or moonrise over the awe-inspiring realm of Cape Claw!) and the fantastic characters actually have pizzazz and personality.
