ive made it pretty far i have the first 7 gym badges
i made it all the way to where im supposed to stop team lava or whatever and get the submarine back, but i need strength to move a few rocks, i also need it to beat the magician mans house or something
apperently ive missed someone in the game and now i dont have strength and i cant get to SOOTOPOLIS or EVER GRANDE CITY
could anyone tell me were i can get it? and i cant trade with anyone

it should be somewhere near lavarage town and imasturbate way off its HM4. Also its easyer to get if u have emerald.
