I cannot figure out why my Sansa MP3 player ALWAYS freezes when I plug it into the computer, and also it has problems with the sync.
My iPod kept doing that, cuz some other program that came on my computer, I forget what it was cuz I completely wiped it, was default set to try and sync with it but always failed to open properly. I don't know if it's the same thing you're experiencing, but you could look into it.
that happend to me the 1st time I plugged my iPod into my computer. Just re-set it when it freezes and it should work. If not, ***** about it to Customer Serivce ;p
